Yoga as a practice originated in India thousands of years ago. It was brought to the United States in the late 1800s. Since then the practice has proliferated and expanded into many styles of practices.
My focus as a yoga teacher is to bring balance to your mind, body, and soul. With training in Core Functional Fitness™ and certified as a prenatal yoga teacher, I’m particularly passionate about deep core stability to help repair structural instability and reduce the risk of injury.
Group lessons: $10 per person per hour – minimum of 4
Private lessons: $35 per 30-minutes or $65 per 60-minutes
