Holistic Health Coaching
Using my unique 3-pronged approach that I have developed over the last decade, we will reduce your stress and inflammation, freeing your mind and body to achieve your health and wellness goals. My best-selling program is my 3-month Take Charge 1:1 program where we meet on a weekly basis to tackle your top 2 or 3 biggest health concerns. As I put a lot of time and energy into each of my clients, I limit enrollment to no more than 6 clients at any one time. I only provide the best of me so you can achieve the best of you!
Reiki is a form of energy healing. As a level 2 Reiki practitioner, I can help bring health and healing at the deepest level of your being. As Reiki works to your highest good, results may be noticed after a single treatment or may need several treatments before you notice the healing energy of Reiki. Average Reiki treatments last around 60 minutes.
Yoga and Meditation
The practice of yoga can bring about better posture, increased mindfulness, and even reduce your chance of injury. My practice focuses on Hatha and Yin yoga, Core Functional Fitness, and Prenatal Yoga. I am registered with Yoga Alliance as a 200-hour teacher and as a prenatal yoga teacher. I also offer guided and autonomous meditation practices which brings another level of health and wellbeing not just on the yoga mat, but also in your every day activities. Private lessons can be purchased for 30 or 60 minute intervals.
