It’s finally here! I have been so excited to share this new adventure with everyone. Today is the day!
I want to welcome each and every one of you to Ballele Wellness. This new adventure came to be as I was watching my boys play one day. I have been a stay at home mom for almost two years now. Soon both boys will be in school. My oldest is actually attending 3K this year to help with his speech and language development. Between the boys getting older and me wanting to contribute more financially, I was searching for my next full time employment opportunity.
So what is Ballele Wellness anyway?
Ballele Wellness is a holistic health coaching and yoga business. I have spent many years and countless hours researching, looking to find a healthier way of living. I wrote a 3-part series about my story not too long ago (links coming soon). Through teaching yoga, I have already shared a lot of my knowledge in the classes I teach. However, I can only work on a small part of overall health and wellness while the students are on the mat. I want to share my knowledge off the mat as well.
So what can Ballele Wellness do for me?
As a health coach, I help guide you to better health. We sit down and chat about what’s going well in your life, where you think you need some help or adjustments, and we figure out a plan together to help you reach your goals. I’m not here to tell you what to eat, how to exercise, or what medicines to take. That is all on you to decide. I’m here to help you take control of your health with grace and confidence. Sure, there may be some falls along the way, but I’ll be there right next to you to help pick up the pieces.
So how does this work?
I have openings for my 3-month Take Charge personalized 1-on-1 coaching program. This contains twice-monthly meetings and online support through email and a Facebook group just for my clients. If 1-on-1 coaching is out of reach right now, NamaSTAY Healthy is a 10-week holistic health overhaul group coaching program that currently runs twice a year. Not sure if having a coach is right for you? My Facebook group: Ballele’s Retreat, has small things going on daily or near daily to give you a nudge towards a healthier lifestyle. This may come with shared recipes, yoga poses, or even ways to help reduce stress.
I’m really looking forward to helping you through the mountains of information that we are constantly being bombarded with on a daily basis. Health and wellness topics are overwhelming and often contradictory. I’m here to help guide you through all those conflicting messages and find your unique path of health
